Walkabye warrants all of it’s products to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture for a period of one year from the date of initial purchase. Please keep your payment receipt or delivery receipt as a proof of purchase. If the product is defective during the Warranty period, we will repair your product at no cost to you. At our sole option, we may replace the part if it is not repairable.
This Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, or to damage caused by neglect, lack of maintenance, unreasonable use, damage caused by the use of accessories or parts not approved by Walkabye or components altered and/or disassembled.
This Warranty is not transferable, and is only available to the original retail purchaser of this product.
We cannot be responsible for any damage to the stroller when NOT USED in accordance with all instructions and warnings. We cannot provide warranty service to strollers that have been incorrectly assembled or used, modified or repaired by an unauthorized source, poorly maintained and not cleaned according to our specifications, stored or left in extreme conditions such as high humidity, rain, salt, ice or snow.
This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping or handling. If a problem is not covered under warranty, customer will pay for all expenses associated with servicing the stroller.
To make a claim under this warranty, you must first contact our service department. You will be given instructions on how to proceed with your claim.
To process a claim for a warranty service, please send an email to service@walkabye.com with subject WARRANTY SERVICE. Please include a description of the item or items that need repair and a representative will give you instructions on how to proceed with the service.
